Who is cathy?

I help women over 50 who have a hard time losing weight because they spend hours working on their business and career, or struggle with life changes and are frustrated because even though they commit to eating well and exercising, they just can’t get it right! 

My transformation started over 15 years ago when I became a Personal Trainer.  As I approached 50 going through midlife turmoil, confusion and uncertainty, my life took a nose-dive with an unexpected divorce, and shortly afterwards, a life-changing car accident. I became an emotional wreck and gained over 30 pounds by eating junk food and watching endless hours of movies and reruns on TV.  I looked and felt horrible. I tried exercising and eating right but could not stick with it. Finally, I quit my 6-figure job and became a Certified Personal Trainer. 

Everyday since, I’ve been on a quest to learn and implement everything I can to provide women with  support, education and programs to lose weight without dieting and excessive exercise, to feel good, have a strong body, look fabulous, have body confidence, great posture, and reclaim health, energy, and vitality.
